Drip Edge

Plywood Replacement

Any roof board replacement done only if necessary due to rot etc. Extra cost to contract is $100.00 + HST per 4ft x 8ft sheet of plywood up to ½”.
Ice & Water Shield

Valley
Valleys are created where two roof slopes meet. Because of the volume of water and lower slope along valley lines, valleys are particularly vulnerable to leakage. There are two basic types of valleys: open and closed.
