The project involved the replacement of shingles and eavestroughs for a residential property near Westney Rd & 401.

Scope of Work: Replacing existing 3-tab shingles with BP Mystique 42 architectural laminated 2 Tone Black shingles. Upgrading old brown eavestroughs to new 5-inch black color aluminum eavestroughs and installing 3×3-inch downspouts. Additionally, two new vents were added to improve attic air circulation.
Project Description:
AZ Roofing’s experienced team successfully completed the shingle and eavestrough replacement project in the City of Ajax. The existing 3-tab shingles were replaced with high-quality BP Mystique 42 architectural laminated 2 Tone Black shingles, offering enhanced durability and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The old brown eavestroughs were upgraded to new 5-inch black color aluminum eavestroughs, providing improved water drainage and a fresh, modern look. The installation of 3×3-inch downspouts further optimized the functionality of the eavestrough system.
To ensure optimal attic conditions, two new vents were added, promoting better air circulation and preventing moisture buildup. This proactive step contributes to the long-term health and performance of the roofing system.
